Job Description
Seeking part-time Help Desk Support Technician. Must be proficient in computer repair, diagnosing Mac and Laptops, trouble shooting, upgrades, virus removal, hardware installation experience, etc.
Responsbilities:
The candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills to assist customers in person and able to handle heavy volume phone calls.
Will input trouble ticket information in company in-house management system.
Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and related equipment
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions
Able to work independently and part of a team
Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Minimum 2 years experience on PC and Mac platforms. Preferred certifications A+ and Network+
M-F;10 -15 hours; Va. Beach, VA
