Job Description

The IT Support Analyst provides technical support to employees and ensures the smooth operation of IT systems. This individual is the first point of contact for technical issues and is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network infrastructure problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

3. Diagnose and resolve network-related problems.

4. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.

5. Assist with user account management and access control.

6. Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.

7. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

8. Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and maintenance.

9. Maintain IT inventory and asset management records.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment.

3. Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

4. Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.

5. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
