Full Stack .NET Developer
Department: Information Technology
Reports to: Director of Technology
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid Options Available)
Full-Time: A typical work schedule is standard business hours, 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to handle escalations or support during peak times or special projects.
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Non-Exempt: Compensation starts at $95,000 and $125,000 annually, depending on experience.
Benefits: Begin the first day after the first two full months of employment

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Central New York. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a technology startup that is building innovative products and leveraging modern tools and frameworks. As a key contributor, you will be involved in developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions that facilitate communication and data exchange across integrated systems. Essential Functions
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop new product features and enhancements for the IMS platform.
Work closely with product managers to translate business logic and requirements into efficient, scalable code.
Collaborate with the lead developer and software architect to implement infrastructure frameworks.
Execute and manage system integrations for client communication platform connections.
Log system events and generate business-readable data for analysis and insight.
Document development processes, system changes, and coding steps.
Ensure high-quality outcomes by participating in testing, reviews, and continuous improvement processes.
Provide assistance in resolving technical and operational challenges as needed.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for innovation.
Additional Responsibilities
Employees may be required to perform duties outside their primary responsibilities or assigned department, as reasonably requested by management. These duties may occasionally occur outside regular working hours, provided they align with applicable labor laws.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience (or equivalent).
Proficiency with JavaScript front-end frameworks (preferably React.js).
Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript.
Experience developing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
Solid understanding of database architecture, both SQL and NoSQL.
Proficiency with version control and collaborative development tools (preferably Git).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Interest in startup culture and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Prefered Skills
Experience with programming languages and Domain Driven Design
Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous communications and microservice architecture.
A commitment to community growth and a genuine interest in contributing to the prosperity of Central New York.
