Location: Stratford, CT (100% onsite)
Summary
A global leader in smart technology is seeking a Manufacturing Applications Manager to drive the full lifecycle of hardware-integrated software products used in foodservice and OEM environments. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on product management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities
Lead application lifecycle from product conception to launch and maintenance
Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and align with business goals
Monitor and improve application performance; manage patches, updates, and support
Troubleshoot complex application-related issues and support end-users
Analyze business processes and propose technology solutions to optimize operations
Deliver internal training and documentation for system use and enhancements
Manage application-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Partner with production and product teams to position solutions within target markets
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or applications/product management in a manufacturing setting
Strong technical understanding of software applications, operating systems, and networks
Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle and develop market-driven strategies
Bachelors degree in product design, engineering, or a related technical field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Clear communication skills across technical and business teams
