Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while learning the essential skills needed to become a skilled carpenter. The Carpenter Apprentice will assist experienced carpenters in various tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures. Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of siding, roofing, and other structural components.

Participate in water damage restoration projects by helping to assess damage and implement repairs.

Fabricate wooden structures and components according to specifications.

Support concrete forming tasks, ensuring proper alignment and stability.

Collaborate with team members on masonry projects, including bricklaying and stonework.

Learn construction estimating techniques to assist in project planning and budgeting.

Engage in remodeling activities, helping to transform spaces according to client needs.

Contribute to construction painting efforts, ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfaces.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Previous exposure to the construction industry is beneficial but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.

Familiarity with siding, roofing, water damage restoration, fabrication, concrete forming, masonry, construction estimating, remodeling, and construction painting is a plus.

A strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to carpentry and construction practices.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
