We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Clinical Program Financial Manager to join our Accounting + Finance team. This role is integral to our organization's financial health, directly influencing the strategic planning and decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of our clinical programs, ensuring financial sustainability and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for financial strategy and healthcare.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Clinical Program Financial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the financial management of clinical programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

2. Developing, implementing, and maintaining financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Collaborating with clinical program leaders to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

4. Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and making recommendations to senior management.

5. Providing financial guidance and support to clinical program leaders, assisting in the financial decision-making process.

6. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and preparing regular financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

7. Participating in strategic planning, providing financial insights and projections to support decision making.

8. Coordinating with internal and external auditors, providing necessary information and ensuring that audit recommendations are implemented.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Clinical Program Financial Manager role will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CGMA is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

3. Extensive experience in developing and managing program budgets.

4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive financial strategy.

7. A high degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.

8. Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

9. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate financial risks and opportunities, and take appropriate action.

10. A strong commitment to the financial sustainability and growth of our clinical programs.
