AD Machine Operator

Job Description

We are hiring a Machine Operator in the Charlotte area making cutting-edge products that are used in aerospace, defense, energy, and protective gear. 12 hour shifts 2-2-3 rotating schedule 7AM to 7PM.

Machine Operator Role:

Start up, run, clean, and shut down machines according to procedures

Enter production & quality data using a computer (basic data entry)

Inspect products during the run to make sure quality is on point

Use hoists, pallet jacks, and other tools to move materials

Label, package, and prep finished products for shipment

Keep your area clean and safe (5S and lean practices)

Machine Operator Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience

Comfortable with tech/data entry and reading measurements

Background check and Drug Screen are required

Ability to lift to 40 lbs and be on your feet for long periods

Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and some overtime

Schedule

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• 12-hour shifts from 7AM to 7PM
