Job Description
We are a privately owned manufacturer of high-quality aluminum products, including foil containers, roll foil, and plastic dome lids, committed to quality, convenience, and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team on the 1st shift. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or computer systems to identify and resolve problems.
Perform advanced electronic troubleshooting of 24VDC circuits up through 480VAC systems, as well as repair and installation of controls and systems and electric motors.
Install new controls or upgrade existing ones.
Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation of machinery or processes.
Inspect equipment to diagnose issues before repairs are performed.
Analyze data from sensors to help determine proper functioning of equipment.
Communicate with supervisors about equipment issues and progress of repairs.
Complete all maintenance and repairs accurately, safely, and in a timely manner while following company policies and procedures.Essential Skills
5 years of experience troubleshooting and working with PLC controls.
7 - 10 years of experience performing industrial maintenance.
Hydraulic and pneumatic repair experience.
Experience working with machine circuitry wiring and rewiring machine controls.
Experience repairing and replacing servo motors.Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $79040.00 - $83200.00/yr.
