Assembler - Elgin, IL

1st Shift - $16/hr

2nd Shift - $18/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated assembler who exhibits strong attention to detail and enjoys working collaboratively with others. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being on their feet all day and willing to be cross-trained in various areas of our 12-step process.

Responsibilities

Document all received items accurately during the receiving process.

Perform factory resets by manually pressing a button.

Conduct automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs, with cycle times ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.

Execute Wi-Fi and elevated temperature tests.

Perform cosmetic cleaning and repair tasks.

Engage in In Process Quality Control (IPQC).

Assemble and kit products.

Build pallets for packaging and shipment.

Participate in the shipping process.

Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process.Essential Skills

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new facility specifically built out for our operations, featuring a locker area and a cafeteria equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. Located in Elgin, IL, the site is conveniently situated close to gas stations and restaurants, just 0.5 miles north of I-90 and south of Route 72, right off Randall Road.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
