Data Cabling Technician

Are you an experienced Data Cabling Technician looking for your next opportunity? Weâ re looking for skilled professionals to join a well-established Texas cabling and telecommunications company.

Responsibilities:

Terminate and install data cables as required at various commercial job sites.

Must be able to read blueprints and lead work crew through daily objectives.

Oversee installation, termination, testing, and documentation of all structured cabling systems installed.

Install VOIP phone systems

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 yearsâ experience in data cabling installation.

Must have blueprint reading experience.

Security access control installation and camera system experience required.

Must have experience with Commercial Projects, NOT only residential.

Must have experience pulling and terminating Cat 5, Cat 6, or Fiber Optic cabling.

Must pass background check and drug screen (No felonies in last 7 years).

Schedule:

Monday â Friday

7AM-5PM

Overtime and working after 5PM may be required during big projects.

Lead must be willing to work extra hours.

Pay Rate:

$18 - $24/Hourly

Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
