Are you a recent college graduate ready to step into the world of accounting and finance? At RAM Windows & Doors, we’re looking for an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Specialist who’s organized, reliable, and eager to grow.

What You’ll Do:

Process and apply customer payments (checks, credit cards, ACH) accurately and on time.

Maintain and update customer accounts in our accounting system.

Help generate and send invoices to customers.

Assist with reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies.

Communicate with customers by phone or email regarding past-due accounts, payment status, or account updates.

Work with the sales and shipping teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Support the team with reporting, data entry, and occasional special projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or in progress).

Experience: Entry-level welcome, internships, part-time jobs, or coursework in accounting a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic Excel skills; willing to learn accounting software.

Soft Skills: Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating professionally.

Mindset: Eager to learn and build a career in accounting or finance.
