Our client, a leader in the auto manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on 2nd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Core Room supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to run five machines and do quality checks which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $12.41
What's the Job?
Operate complex computer-controlled, automated assembly equipment to meet defined quality and production goals.
Start up and verify the operation of the assembly machine.
Manage inventory of all components and ensure timely replenishment during assembly.
Conduct regular SPC data collection and respond appropriately to critical machine faults.
Perform daily and weekly maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation or a related field.
Familiarity with computer-controlled assembly equipment and ability to demonstrate knowledge of PLC, pneumatics, and mechanical alignment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret SPC data.
Physical mobility to operate large machinery and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Self-directed with excellent documentation skills for problem reporting and resolution.
Ability to pass background screening and drug screen
