Site Coordinator Position Profile
The Site Coordinator is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site. This role is responsible for performing contracted office services, including but not limited to: copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
Operates office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment.
May be responsible for:
Courier services
Reception services
Switchboard operations
Shipping & receiving
Delivering and processing mail
Handles formal contact with the customer on a daily basis.
Implements and manages RICOH Service Excellence Programs.
Operates required equipment/software efficiently to meet service level agreements.
Achieves cost efficiency by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
May perform routine functions such as:
Creating/completing work orders
Contractor monitoring
Inspections
Reporting facility-related issues
Providing support as needed
May interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants.
May manage office supply inventory and reordering.
May coordinate conference rooms and manage A/V equipment resources.
Maintains positive internal relationships through professional communication.
Collects and provides data to leadership and customers, including monthly reports.
Ensures financial responsibilities are met.
Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
1+ year of customer-facing work experience required.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Tactical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present to small groups.
Moderate problem-solving capabilities.
Basic customer service and technical aptitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
Typically an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels.
Work assignments are diversified and may require interpreting and applying complex data and instructions.
Some physical effort required:
May involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
Moderate dexterity required for regular use of tools and equipment (e.g., calculator, keyboard, hand tools).
