ONSITE position.

Job Description:

As a customer service representative, you'll handle calls for many departments within a busy office setting. This is not a remote position, in person attendance is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer a variety of calls including appointment requests, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, etc. 70-120/day

• Make outbound calls

• Answer chat requests on line

• Respond to website inquiries for appointments

• Enter and maintain customer data within the system

• Process maintenance agreements and invoice payments

• Cross train to assist in supporting other office functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong multi-tasker

• Minimum (1) customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrated listening and written/verbal communication

• Computer Proficiency

• Urgency in handling each call in the most efficient, effective way possible

• Excellent customer service, empathy is a must

• Problem solving skills

• Familiarity with the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry (Highly preferred)

• Service Titan Experience (Highly preferred)
