Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office activities.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with customer support by addressing client concerns and providing information.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
Utilize office management software and Spa POS system.
Skills
Have experience working at the spa before
Proficient in computer literacy and social media
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Have experience working at the spa before
Must speak English fluently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
