Foundation Repair of CA, a regional leader in the foundation, crawl space and concrete repair industry, is

seeking to expand our inside sales team. In this role you will consult with homeowners on the phone or

through online meetings we assign to you who already had an in person appointment with an outside sales

representative and have an unsold proposal in hand to fix their issues. Your goal? To confirm why the

customer wants to fix their problem now, make sure they are clear on the diagnosis and solutions already

presented to them and counsel them to a good buying decision closing the sale.

What We Need for this Role

1+ years of experience in the residential real estate, home inspection, construction, concrete or home improvement industries is a plus, but not required

2+ years of inside or in home sales experience is a plus, but not required

Strong listening, closing, follow-up and self-marketing skills

A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and the ability to obtain a CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson card with federal background check is required

Skill in operating tablet computer software (we will train you)

Be comfortable and confident with an hourly rate plus commission-based pay structure
