Specimen Collector (Floater)

Job Description

Requirements: (OPEN AVAILABILITY)

Facilitate the collection, processing and handling of urine specimens.

Follow policies and protocols to correctly identify the patient

Properly label and document the specimens

Demonstrate customer service & compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff.

Communicate with, understand, and react effectively to a diverse patient population base.

Follow Universal Precautions and all OSHA standards when handling specimens.

Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Inform Supervisor of daily tasks unusual problems or deviations from established procedures call position

Provide coverage to different location

Answer phone calls, send reports, take care of patients when require at the office.

Able to lift more than 30 lb.

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL. Will Be reimbursed for Toll and GAS when traveling more than 25 miles one way.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
