General Manager – Fast Casual Concept – Sarasota, FL

$70,000–$80,000/year + Bonus + Full Benefits

A high-performing fast casual restaurant with a great reputation is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its busiest Sarasota locations. This is a strong, corporate-backed brand that values consistency, high standards, and excellent leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations and team performance

Drive guest satisfaction, speed of service, and food quality

Manage scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and staffing

Coach and develop team members in a positive, fast-paced environment

We’re Looking For:

Fast casual or full-service GM experience (required)

Stable work history – no job-hoppers

High-volume management experience

Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
