A full service immigration law firm, is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive our firm towards success and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other general office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or office administrator
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in SPANISH
Must be work authorized and have interest to work in immigration field. Experienced receptionists/coordinators will be given priority.
