Senior Interior Designer's Key Responsibilities

Drive client development through innovative strategies and creative outreach

Lead commercial interior design projects from concept through completion

Produce high-quality designs using Revit and CAD toolsâ this is a hands-on role

Guide clients in defining design goals, selecting materials, and executing solutions

Oversee installations and ensure design elements are executed to perfection

Collaborate seamlessly with architects and other disciplines to deliver integrated results

Mentor and support the development of junior design team members

Champion a culture of innovation, professionalism, and exceptional client service Qualifications

Degree in Interior Design

5+ years of professional experience in a design or architecture environment

NCIDQ Certification required

Proficiency in Revit and the ability to manage personal design output

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role

A desire to grow a department while balancing your own project work

A self-starter mindset, driven to grow professionally and continuously improve
