What you ll do
Be part of the Quality Assurance organization supporting Henkel's leading manufacturing facility for Structural Adhesive supporting the Aerospace Industry.
Work directly with colleagues in Quality Control, Product Development, Production as well as key customer stakeholders to ensure that we are continuously producing the right product, under the right specifications utilizing the right processes.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Ensure our processes align with AS9100 & NADCAP certificaitons
Analyze production data and KPIs (scrap, rework, yield, etc.) to identify trends and implement solutions
Provide technical guidance in PFMEA, control plans, and inspection plans development.
Act as the quality liaison with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns
Lead risk assessment activities and quality planning for new products and processes.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Chemical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial).
2-3 years of quality/process engineering experience in a high impact, highly regulated industry: Aerospace preferred
Strong knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100, AS9145, AS13000, NADCAP).
Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Familiar with manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
