Position Overview:

As an Order Entry Associate at StrataBuilt, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders into our system. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure orders are completed on time and to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system

Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies

Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify order details or resolve discrepancies

Monitor order status and follow up as needed to ensure timely fulfillment

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions

Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to support smooth order processing

Identify and report trends in order issues or customer feedback

Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree a plus

Prior experience in order entry, sales support, or data entry preferred

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with order entry or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
