This individual will be responsible for:

Serve as the subject matter expert for the UKG Kronos Workforce Central 8.1 platform, providing user support.

Manage and document system configurations, workflows, and business processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

Conduct thorough system testing to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Stay current with industry trends and Kronos updates; proactively recommend and implement system enhancements and improvements.

Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integrations and ongoing support.

Administer and support SaaS-based solutions, ensuring performance and uptime requirements are met.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have:

3+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or a similar workforce/timekeeping system.

3+ years of software engineering experience, building, upgrading, and managing systems.

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including functions, packages, and procedures.
