Job Description
Duties for this position include:
Scale in and out scrap trucks
Deliver the completed scale tickets with packing slips to the office each day
Take outgoing mail to the mailbox and deliver inbound mail to the office
Troubleshoot and reset Fairbanks scale and alert maintenance of issues
Reset alarms on fire exit doors as they get set off
Sign in and out all guests and contractors
Monitor 32 cameras and retrieve footage as requested
Answer business calls if no one answers and family emergency calls
Collect and deliver direct hire applications
Distribute OTC medications and log name of users
Monitor fire systems and relay all alarms for fire to maintenance
Monitor smokers to ensure they use the designated areas and extinguish cigarette butt can fires as needed with water or fire extinguisher
React to complaints, emergencies, trouble calls, or terminations on request
Read the water flow meter daily and log name
Distribute AVI vending refunds of money lost in machines
Monitor west entrance to allow or challenge associates and visitors from entering the building when invited or not invited
Unlock, stand by, and resecure two hard office doors in the overnight so the cleaning crew can clean offices
Distribute Payroll and other related documents as dropped off at our office
Distribute W2's yearly
Coordinate misc. part delivery and pickup
Compensation (USD):
$15.00/hour
Schedule:
7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Clean Drug Screen/Background
