Overseeing and managing the general ledger (GL).2.
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.3.
Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.4.
Conducting detailed account analysis and reconciliations.5.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.6.
Providing strategic financial consultation and guidance to senior management.7.
Participating in special projects and implementing new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.Qualifications:1.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A Master's Degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accountant role, preferably within a consulting environment.3.
Previous experience with nonprofit organizations is a significant plus.4.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.5.
Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.6.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.7.
