We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a love of grids, and an obsession for color to join our in-house marketing team. Under the direction of the Firmwide Director of Graphic Design, you will support the marketing efforts across the firm’s 32 studios and build brand presence internally and externally.

In this role, you will serve as a creative expert, working closely with firm leadership, marketers, and creatives to develop impactful and beautiful visual content that elevates our brand. You will work collaboratively with members of the marketing team to design a wide variety of digital and print collateral including social and email campaigns, templates, infographics, presentations, microsites brochures, and publications.

We’re looking for:

Polished portfolio showcasing your creative design skills across print and digital mediums

Solid understanding of corporate brand guidelines and the ability to bring a creative edge to projects while working within the standards

Strong typography and layout skills in both print and digital mediums

Advanced proficiency in the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud: primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CC Libraries

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in designing email campaigns in Mailchimp or similar

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Squarespace

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 6+ years of related experience

Background in the architectural or another design field is a plus

Salary Range Information
