This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, where you will play a critical role in our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, Revenue Accounting, ASC 606, and Revenue Recognition.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1.

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.2.

Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.3.

Assisting in the management of the company's M&A activities.4.

Overseeing the revenue accounting process to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards.5.

Leading the revenue recognition process and ensuring that all revenue is recognized correctly and in a timely manner.6.

Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.7.

Participating in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.8.

Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.9.

Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.10.

Providing leadership and support to the accounting team.Qualifications:1.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A Master's degree.

CPA required2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.3.

Proven experience with M&A, Revenue Accounting, ASC 606, and Revenue Recognition.4.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.5.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.6.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.7.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.9.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.10.
