Excellent opportunity for overtime at this automotive assembly company!

The Advance Group has partnered with a Toledo automotive assembly plant with an urgent need for assembly on 1st shift.

Compensation for the Assembly position:

Pay rate is $15.75/hr

Overtime opportunity

Shift for Assembly position:

First Shift is Monday- Saturday 6am-until jobs are finished, likely around 3-4pm(overtime as required)

Schedule can be inconsistent, may need to work weekends or limited hours depending on production

Will likely need to move to 2nd shift to be hired in

Responsibilities of the Assembly position:

Sequencing and light assembly of automotive parts

Lifting up to 20 pounds to load parts onto and off of the line

Use hand tools to assemble various components

Maintain a fast pace and hit quotas that are tracked by the minute

Inspect parts for defects or quality issues

Requirements of the Assembly position:

Must be able to stand for the entire shift

1-2yrs of prior Assembly or Production experience

Must be able work in a fast-paced environment with strict quotas

Must have good eye-hand coordination

Good hand dexterity and ability to use hand tools

Able to lift up to 20 pounds consistently

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen
