Customer Service Representative: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

Our customer in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Customer Service Representatives to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for memorizing telemarketing scripts, making the required outbound and inbound phone calls, and understanding the services the company offers to match clients' needs.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Memorize telemarketing scripts

Perform required amount of outbound phone calls

Understand the services the company offers and match them to client needs

Assist with customers’ queries

Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of how to use a computer and phone

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Attention to detail

Time management skills

Pay for Customer Service Representative: Starting at $16-18/hour.
