Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited, to the following:

• Consult with clients or account managers to understand project objectives and visual requirements

• Interpret business needs and develop creative concepts that align with client goals and branding

• Develop design briefs through research and information gathering

• Estimate time and resources required for each project, and manage multiple deadlines effectively

• Produce high-quality graphic designs and layouts for digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, signage, packaging, and social media assets

• Create rough sketches, visual mock-ups, and finalized designs using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Incorporate typography, color theory, and composition principles to deliver visually compelling results

• Prepare artwork and files for print production; coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and specifications are met

• Contribute innovative ideas and creative input during team brainstorming sessions

• Develop motion graphics and promotional videos for digital campaigns or events using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Stay current with trends in graphic design, digital media, and interactive content

• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging

• Coordinate with external illustrators, photographers, or other creative professionals to produce specific visual elements, ensuring consistency with brand and project objectives

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a diploma or certificate program in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in graphic or digital design

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills; ability to develop original visual ideas based on project requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a collaborative team environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

• Comfortable working in a macOS environment, including the use of photography and studio equipment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for internal communication and documentation

• Portfolio required demonstrating a range of design work (print, digital, and motion graphics)

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling

• Experience or interest in Brand Design, Video Production, Animation, Photography, and Web Development
