We're growing fast and looking for an onsite Outbound Phone Sales/Appointment Setter to join our team and play a key role in delivering that exceptional first impression.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest - no cold calling

Use a proven script to book appointments confidently on the first call

Educate potential clients on what makes our portrait experience unique and high-value

Log all call activity and notes in our CRM with attention to detail

Meet and exceed weekly call and booking goals, with performance bonuses available

What You Bring:

Prior experience in customer service

Strong ability to follow a script while sounding conversational and natural

Confidence handling objections and guiding people toward action

A professional, friendly tone that reflects a luxury brand

Tech-savvy enough to navigate CRMs
