About the Role
Our client, a well-established provider of integrated facilities management services, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and expand their portfolio. You will play a key role in securing large-scale outsourcing projects, developing long-term client partnerships, and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors, including Commercial, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Venues, Retail, and Industrial markets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in IFM services, covering Janitorial, Operations & Maintenance, Workplace Solutions, and more.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored facilities management solutions.
Lead the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. About You:
Proven track record in business development within the facilities management sector, with experience in IFM solutions.
Strong ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
