Position Overview: The Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the relationships with our company's clients. They will ensure client satisfaction, address any concerns, and work to improve overall client experience.
Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office in Melville, NY. The Client Service Manager may be expected to travel and be present for staff and client meetings, as requested.
Professional Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Identify opportunities to improve services and enhance the client experience
Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to increase retention Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM software
Ability to work well under pressure
Keen attention to detail
Team player with leadership abilities
High school diploma or equivalent degree, college degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
