Position Overview

Ensure Cl concerns are incorporated into the operational planning during the entire lifecycle of the operation

Assist Government official in determining what information and resources are needed to meet and/or develop tailored CI requirements for designated operations

Identify, gather, and extract Cl information

Debrief sources and/or conduct interviews utilizing the full range of elicitation techniques and tactics in complex situations to obtain Cl information

Research, analyze and document the Cl aspects of selected operations

Assist in development/implementation of new methodologies, tradecraft and databases as required to support elements of the CI mission Required Skills

Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

A minimum of 10 years' experience working operational/analytic issues within the IC

A minimum of 10 years' experience with operations, collection capabilities and their relationship to Ci and the options available to protect the information, at least 4 with the CIA, to include cable writing experience

Demonstrated knowledge of relevant Agency, IC, and/or U.S. regulatory policy issues related to operations (both foreign and domestic), investigations, and technology Desired Skills

Minimum of 4 years working Cl issues within the last 6 years

Experience applying tenets of risk management in traditional, austere, and denied areas

Foreign field experience working Ci issues
