Raw Material Coordinator / Inventory Control Associate
Job Information:
Contract to possible hire, located in North Creek, WA. Immediate hire.

Monday - Friday, flexible dayshift hours (7am or 8am start time)
Paying $25 - $29 per hour

Raw Material Coordinator / Inventory Control Associate Responsibilities:
Fast paced environment, heavily regulated (FDA) warehouse.
Receiving duties may include: receives raw materials which are used in the drug manufacturing process and delivers to internal departments.
Shipping duties may include: preparing bulk material and intermediates for shipment.
Maintains strict adherence to GMPs.
Updates material movement transactions using computerized software
Exercises the utmost attention to detail with paperwork, entering computerized transactions, and while physically moving & delivering materials (forklift, pallet jack, manual).
Ships and receives materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing process, some of these materials are regulated as dangerous goods as such are covered under IATA / DOT Title 19 CFR. Strict adherence is followed, prior experience a plus but not required.
Fulfills customer orders. Picks and packs materials for shipment.
Ensures proper paperwork and software updates are complete.
Inspects each order for accuracy, including material selected, paperwork and accompanying QC samples with certification paperwork included
Preforms accurate inventory in designated work zone including cycle counts, resolving inventory discrepancies and communicating shortages and non-conforming customer product/problems to management asap.
Loads materials onto trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts and manual labor
Works as part of a team and as a individual sole contributor.
Shows self-motivation, takes action and does not wait to act. Ensures accuracy at all times.
Utilized computerized software to print labels, execute & record material movement transactions and runs reports to assist with inventory control
Solves problems with little to no management oversight, strictly adhering to GMPs
Raw Material Coordinator / Inventory Control Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school studies are desirable.
At least five (5) years working in a Warehouse related, GMP environment such as a pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing facility or other heavily regulated sector.
Must, must, must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be proficient on the computer (Must have used another ERP system), using a forklift and know how to safely operating other related warehouse equipment.
