Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and technically proficient Mail Clerk to support the daily office operations at Nelson Mullins. This role involves handling copy/print services, managing inbound and outbound mail, and providing basic tech support for setting up conference calls. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a legal office or professional services environment and is comfortable with a fast-paced, physically active position.

Key Responsibilities

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.

Operate and maintain office copy and print equipment, ensuring supplies are stocked and machines are functioning.

Set up conference calls and laptop connections for meetings.

Deliver documents and packages within the office in a timely manner.

Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing packages and handling couriers.

Provide excellent customer service to office staff and attorneys.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of mail and copy/print areas. Required Qualifications

Experience in a legal or corporate office environment preferred.

Demonstrated technical aptitude (basic troubleshooting for conference call setups, printers, laptops).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods – this is not a desk job.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and job stability. Additional Information
