Earning Potential: You can set your own rates between $1.50 - $6.00/ minute ($90-$360/hour), with earnings depending on client needs and your preferences (this can always be adjusted).

YOUR DAY

Our Freelance Teletherapists provide empathetic, personalized therapy services for individuals experiencing crises. You work when you want, delivering on-demand mental health support as people call in. Armed with experience, knowledge, and a compassionate demeanor, you help clients work through dark times and provide them with tools to aid their growth and well-being. REQUIREMENTS

Current, unencumbered Virginia license

1+ years of crisis intervention experience in various settings (hospital emergency rooms, psychiatric emergency services, mobile crisis units, co-responder teams, etc.) OR 3+ years of post-graduate work experience

Possession of professional malpractice insurance

Psypact membership (preferred, not required)

Candidates must provide proof of professional liability insurance that covers telehealth services since all our provisions occur over a remote platform. You must have a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per incident and $3,000,000 aggregate.
