Guided Decision Tree, Playbook and Recommended Action implementation and knowledge base experience.

Content creation migration and the UX interactions aspect of the migrated objects within the Snow Platform in the CSMFSM Workspace.

Nice to have skills:

Experience implementing and enhancing configurable workspaces.

Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
