About the Role: Activo now has an exciting new opportunity in the business of Mass Market Installation and repair.

We are looking for dispatch members with a real passion for technology, who know their way around computers and have good fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities: * Update and manage work orders to obtain approval for payment * Complete required validation of all work completed * Daily reporting of past due tickets to ensure tickets are being closed or managed accordingly Qualifications: * Fluent in English with a clear and genuine communication style; additional languages considered beneficial * Proven record of 1 year of customer service * Problem-solving * Decision making * Job task planning and organizing * Computer use * Professional written and oral communication skills * Must be available to work weekends Personal Qualities: * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to adapt to changing priorities * Ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines * Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment * Excellent Customer service skills * Excellent computer skills Education, Certifications & Experience: * Call center experience is a plus Hours of Work: * Friday - Monday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm or Thursday - Monday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour.
