Overview Partners with the Director to ensure program services are monitored and evaluated for quality and impact.

Works collaboratively with the team in planning, organizing, and coordinating of services and programs specific to the needs of our company contracts.

Oversees the maintenance, training, implementation, and fidelity to standard work with team and stakeholders.

Provides training to external audiences on services, programs, and relevant topics.

Proactively identifies training and program needs to ensure team skills are matched to anticipated needs of client companies.

Serves as a primary point of contact for leader/human resource consultation related to employee concerns.

Maintain a partial caseload.

Hybrid Option (3 days in office, 2 days remote) / Indianapolis, IN * Master's Degree is required.

* Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.

* Requires license to practice clinical counseling in the state of Indiana (for example, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and current certification as Certified Employee Assistance Professional.

* Requires 3-5 years of experience in the employee assistance field and core EAP services.

* Requires knowledge of the impact of the disease process and of human behavior to provide psychosocial assessments, short-term therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention.

* Requires knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.

* Maintains principles, practices and techniques of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

* Requires basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

* Experience with process improvement and change management preferred.

* Requires ability to develop content and present to large audiences with ease.

* Current certification in Critical Incident Stress Response, short-term solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care or substance use disorders preferred.
