The bilingual aide will demonstrate dependability in all areas and will perform duties as assigned by the manager or therapist.
Rehab Aide/Interpreter will also be responsible for assisting the licensed therapist supervising patients in group settings.
To qualify you must...
Good general health and emotional stability.
Ability to bend, lift or assist with transfers and ambulation.
Adequate physical strength to assist with resistive activities.
On the job training in use of equipment and in departmental methods and procedures.
Dependable, conscientiousness and sincere interest.
Ability to relate well to others and work with patients of all ages.
Graduate of a certified medical interpreter program.#Fluent in English and Spanish, including#listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both languages.
Desire to work with patients and families to maximize the rehabilitation experience.
