Controls Engineer

We're seeking a Controls Engineer to design, program, and implement automation systems that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and program PLC and HMI systems to automate manufacturing processes.

Develop and modify electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.

Oversee panel fabrication, wiring design, and system integration to ensure seamless operation.

Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new control strategies and system upgrades. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar) and HMI development.

Strong background in control panel and wiring design, including layout and component selection.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical and control system schematics.

Hands-on experience with manufacturing automation and process control.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and system optimization.

Strong communication skills for working with engineers, technicians, and production teams.
