The Annuity Claims Processor will be helping families by managing and processing death claim transactions on annuity contracts. Your attention to detail and care will ensure that each claim is handled efficiently and with compassion.

Setting up the initial claim notification
Communicating requirements, settlement options and claim status with beneficiaries, agents, attorneys, and customers
Evaluating, analyzing, and investigating claims
Processing and approving claim payments
Generating settlement confirmation letters
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Working closely with the annuity product specialists' team to assist with claims inquiries What's in it for you

What sets you up for success
An associate degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong math aptitude, analytical ability, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
LOMA Associate Customer Service (ACS) designation within 12 months of hire
Series 6 a plus
Onsite Training:
2 months in office for 5 days a week
Hybrid Schedule after training:
Mon, Fri - WFH
Tues-Thurs - in office
