NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a well-established company to find a Payroll File Clerk for a temporary assignment. An ideal candidate will be organized, bilingual, and comfortable handling sensitive employee documents, mail processing, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
Experience with FedEx Online shipping tools
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, with flexibility for longer hours if needed Preferred:
Previous experience handling payroll documentation or administrative support
Familiarity with I-9 forms and employee document filing
Experience working with mail distribution processes
