Overhead Crane Operator

Overhead Crane Operator

PRIMARY DUTIES

Operates an electric overhead traveling crane to transport material

Cleans crane, inspects limit switches and reports defective conditions to supervisor

Assists maintenance and operating personnel as required

Operates data transmission and receiving equipment to enter, send, and receive data

Keeps production records as required

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work steady or rotating shifts

Ability to work overtime, including weekends

Experience in an industrial operations/manufacturing environment is preferred

Experience operating overhead cab crane is preferred
