Telco Architect with Security Clearance

About the Role:

This is an on-site role with a Federal customer in Reston, VA. The successful candidate will have an Active Top Secret security clearance, and will be responsible for architecting and implementing VCF solutions to support the customer's telecommunications needs. Strong technical skills, a deep understanding of networking, and experience with automation and containerization are essential for this position. Responsibilities:

Design and implement VCF solutions for a Federal customer, leveraging vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria.

Provide expert guidance on network architecture, automation, and containerization.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VCF deployments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Active Top Secret clearance

Extensive experience in VCF design and deployment

Strong networking background, including CCIE and CCNA certifications

Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and container technologies (Kubernetes)

Familiarity with telco workloads and standards (preferred)

Excellent hands-on and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP)

Cloud and automation certifications (Terraform Associate, Ansible Automation)
