CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Architecture Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Enterprise Information Environment Network Architectures and processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Key Responsibilities:
Leads architecture development, supporting enduringly interoperable C2 and cyber systems and operations services
Manages, maintains, and evolves digital modeling and systems engineering for USSOUTHCOM lifecycle engineering across the IT project lifecycle
Participates in the ITSM processes for upcoming changes to the Enterprise architectural products
Directs incident and problem management activities within the A&E team
Oversees MBSE with digital modeling for system design and RTM generation
Leads in C5IM architecture, including MBSE As-Is Architectures
Drives IT modernization and manages documentation across all sites
Supports USSOUTHCOM Zero Trust Implementation
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
May supervise others
Required Qualifications:
Must hold an active secret level clearance
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in IT Network Architecture
DoD 8140 Intermediate or equivalent industry certificate
TOGAF, CCSP or SCEP Certifications
ITIL v4 Foundation certification
Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in providing architectural governance facilitating agile engineering approaches, such as DevOps, DevSecOps, MBSE, and Zero Trust Architecture.
Proficiency in creating MBSE products, aiding tech refreshes, and supporting system integration analysis for cyber-enabling services.
Mastery in delivering engineering technical reports, maintenance releases, modifications, fixes, and managing hardware refreshes and cyber patching
Capacity to supervise others and operate with significant autonomy in developing methodologies and presenting solutions to complex problems.
Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles

The proposed salary range for this position is: $95,500-$210,100
