Sales Support & Pricing Coordinator (Contract) Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Compensation: $58,000–$60,000 annually (no bonus)

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Sales Support & Pricing Coordinator to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This is a critical administrative role that supports the U.S. Sales division with pricing updates, account maintenance, and internal coordination across teams. It’s ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning their workflow from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration & Pricing Support:

Update and manage deviated pricing contracts and act as the primary liaison between Sales and Shared Services.

Respond to and manage field inquiries related to pricing discrepancies and credit processing.

Process sales promotional credits in a timely and accurate manner.

Account & Territory Support:

Assist with territory, customer, and vendor account maintenance.

Maintain and update customer communication lists; ensure data accuracy within Salesforce CRM.

Internal Communication & Workflow Ownership:

Serve as the key point of contact for the U.S. Sales team within a designated region.

Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, collaborating with other internal departments as needed.

Build a working knowledge of team priorities and project timelines.

Provide general administrative support and ad hoc assistance as required.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in a relevant administrative or sales support role (non-calendar/appointment based).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.

Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset

This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday.
