What We’re Looking For:

• A licensed real estate agent in Virginia (or close to licensure)

• A track record of self-motivation, discipline, and follow-through

• Experience working internet or CRM-based leads is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A growth mindset and eagerness to increase your production year over year

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
