The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a contract-to-hire Software Developer role to support the creation and enhancement of multiple applications which are integral to day-to-day business operations. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with C++ and C# and a strong background in Object Oriented Development.

Responsibilities
Develop, support and maintain systems and features within a propriety enterprise software application in a fast-paced Agile environment
Follow best practices to analyze, design, code, test, and implement software solutions with minimal oversight
Collaborate with business analysts and development team members to understand key business requirements
Follow best practices in version control, source code, and configuration management
Integrate applications and perform data migrations
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including assisting with or conducting technical walkthroughs and reporting project status
Create accurate and concise documentation, such as design, configuration, and installation specifications
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of C# Object Oriented Development experience
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and query creation
Proficiency with Git Hub
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a small team
Preferred:
Any experience with cloud development with an emphasis on Azure Function development
Any experience using Git Hub to deploy code to Azure
Any development exprience with C++
Any experience developing ERP systems
Any experience integrating modern technology with legacy systems
